 Gail
Singer, founder and CEO of TechPlacement, brings
many years and broad perspective to her mission. For almost
a decade, she led a staff of as many as fifty computer professionals
at Boeing Computer Services. Gail earned the confidence of
her customers and the admiration of her management by building
and sustaining a consistently successful group of highly skilled
professionals -- many with advanced degrees, including a number
of PhDs -- in the highly competitive computing-services business.
As a Senior Manager at Boeing, Gail gained invaluable experience
in the recruitment, retention, and management of a cohesive
team, working every business day at the leading edge of technology.
Gail thrived in this environment, largely because she acquired
and cultivated strength as a manager and leader of people.
In 1987,
seeking new challenges and a wider opportunity to apply her skills,
Gail joined The Consortium (predecessor to RCM Technologies), as
a Senior Account Manager. In this role, she has found great success
- and has brought even greater success to her clients. For the
past thirteen years, she has linked qualified people - ranging
from documentation specialists and helpdesk staff, to Vice Presidents
and Directors of several FortuneŽ 100 companies -- with fulfilling
positions and careers in high-tech settings throughout the Washington,
DC, metropolitan area. Gail's clients at RCM included General Electric,
the Computer Sciences Corporation, American Management Systems,
the National Association of Securities Dealers, Information Builders,
Manugistics, and many others. These clients return to Gail again
and again, knowing she will respond to their needs and help ensure
their success.
At
TechPlacement, Gail
continues her work with these and other clients as she grows her
business. She continues with clear vision of her clients' goals,
the energy to assist those clients in attaining those goals, and
the understanding of the human elements that make such accomplishment
possible and worthwhile.
Gail
has experienced executive and professional recruitment and placement
from "both sides of the desk." She knows what makes for a successful
team. She has created successful teams for almost thirty years. |
